Greenstock

Greenstock is a fast-casual salad spot serving chef-crafted, seasonal bowls with a focus on freshness and sustainability. With its sights set on standing out in a crowded market, Greenstock partnered with Unfold to build a visual identity that feels vibrant, modern, and rooted in real ingredients.

We began by crafting a meaningful name—Greenstock, a combination of the owners’ married and maiden names—that felt both personal and perfectly aligned with the fresh-forward menu. From there, we created a brand system rooted in sophistication and simplicity, with shades of green, playful yet minimal assets, and refined typography to let the food shine.
From macro salad shots to a clean digital presence, every touchpoint was built to emphasize ingredient quality and chef intent. The resulting brand identity feels fresh and confident, bringing clarity, care, and just the right amount of flavor to the fast-casual space.
Our team developed unique and strategic ways to show off the freshness of each offering through macro and texture photography shots. That’s a fancy way of saying that we quite literally zoom into each ingredient to highlight different textures and spotlight its benefits. We typically strive for a simple and clean aesthetic to avoid any distractions from the intricate salad combinations.
We launched Greenstock’s digital identity just ahead of opening, focusing on ingredient quality and behind-the-scenes storytelling. The site pairs eye-catching design with thoughtful education to help guests get to know the menu inside and out.
